Value Selection:

Traditional Honey
Since Ancient times, across civilizations around the globe, honey has been used as an ingredient in many food products for its natural, healthy and sweet characteristics. We continue this today with our Traditional Honey blend. Our entry-level blend of refined honey is suitable for a wide range of applications and is designed to keep raw material costs low. This is often the best option for customers who want to benefit from the great characteristics of honey but do not need a strong or particular flavour.

New World Blend
When Columbus discovered the Americas in 1492, our world changed forever. The New World was no longer a dream, but a reality which has enriched our lives ever since. Today, we offer a very special blend of honey based on the many varieties coming from the floral sources in the New World. This blend is suitable for customers who want a more particular flavour, characteristic of Caribbean and South American floral sources.

Premium Selection:

Australian Blend
The rich Australian environment is unique with unspoilt beaches, tropical rainforests, rugged mountain ranges and vast tracts of desert. The country is blessed with an extensive variety of native flora and fauna. There are over 25,000 species of plants. Our blend is based on multiple sources including Eucalyptus, Salvation Jane and Tea Tree. Much of our honey comes from the Blue Mountains with its dramatic canyons, sheer valleys, thundering waterfalls and gum forests. When possible, we may include in your blend exotic honey from the nearby coasts of Tasmania. This island of temperate rainforest and alpine vegetation provides pristine habitats for plants and animals found nowhere else in the world. Our blend brings delightful flavours and is pleasing to the palate because of its gentle sweetness.

Mexican Blend
Mexico is a land of extreme diversity with temperate and tropical regions, giving the country a vast range of natural environments and vegetation zones. For us this is an incredible source for exotic honeys. Most of our Mexican honey comes from the Yucatan Peninsula, which sticks out into the warm Caribbean Sea. Within driving distance of some of Mexico's most spectacular Mayan archaeological treasures such as Uxmal and Chichen-Itza, and natural wonders of protected reserves, coral reefs and lagoons, we find one of the richest honey varieties in the world. Our blend emphasises the unique aromatic and flavour characteristics of the Mexican wildflowers.

Argentine Blend
When you think of Argentina, you imagine gauchos and the tango. The country, however, is full of blessed natural wonders. They range from the northern deserts to the flat pampas, the southern Andean cordillera and from Iguazu Falls to the magnificent Patagonia. All with their unique climates providing us with wonderful and diverse, yet delicate and mildly sweet, tastes of honey.

Organic Blend
To meet the ever increasing demands for organic alternatives, we can offer an organic blend, certified by the British Soil Association. This honey comes from suppliers who all meet the high standards of the largest and most recognized organic certification body in the UK. The standards are extensive and cover a wide range of farming, growing and food manufacturing practices promoting the highest levels of organic integrity.

Custom Blends
While the above honey blends cater for most applications, there are always those who have very specific requirements. Therefore, we are willing to work very closely with the customer to help determine the exact recipe needed. Achieving this is an art in itself and can take time, but we are proud to say that with our expertise and patience we have yet to disappoint.
